How to become a registered user?

Click the register button on the www.justyellout.com web page. Enter all the required information and then please read the Terms of Use, click on I agree and finish the process by selecting the send option. Registration process is finished when you receive your notification e-mail. To become a member we need the following information: your full name and surname, e-mail address, password and date of birth. After you enter all of the required information in the registration form (found by selecting the Register icon on the front page), notification e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you specified and the registration process is finished. Thank you for yelling out!!! Welcome.

 

 

I didn't receive my notification e-mail!

Please look in your junk or spam mail folder. If the notification e-mail isn't there either please try registering once more and if you still don't receive your notification e-mail click here..

 

 

How to log-in?

Enter the e-mail address and password you chosen as your username during the registration process in the user box on the site front page. Selecting the log-in option will finish the process.

 

 

I want to change my password.

Click on My JYO and then click on My profile. After you access your profile page enter the new password and click the accept changes button.

 

 

I forgot my password.

Please use I forgot my password link on the front page.

 

 

I didn't receive the notification e-mail with my new password.

Check your junk or spam folder. Bear in mind that your Internet service provider can block some of your e-mail. If you still didn't receive the notification e-mail please click here.

 

 

I keep getting wrong password error but I'm sure I'm entering the correct password.

How to send a message?

Clicking on My JYO will automatically open the messages page and all you have to do is select the new message option on the lower horizontal menu.

 

 

If I don't know someone’s full name can I still send him a message?

If you enter only the first name the application will offer you some suggestions.

 

 

 

My ads

 

 

How to publish a new ad?

Click on My JYO link and then click on My posts and new ad button which you can find on the lower horizontal menu. Now you can choose the I have option if you are offering something or I need if your are searching for some item. Choose an ad category and decide if you want your ad to be available to all site users (public) or just to your friends (your favorites). Now you choose the ad expiration date (1-10 days). It’s very important you select the language of your ad in the language category box (so other users can receive your ad depending on the language they selected). Finally enter the title and actual ad text after which please click the send button.

 

 

Where can I find my old ads?

Click on My JYO and then select my ads. You can find your old ads by clicking on archive or the unrated button.

 

 

How can I search through existing ads?

Depending on your preferences select people have or people need option from the main menu. You can get more precise results if you choose an ad category. Quick review of newest ads can be found in the box on the right side titled recent ads. You can choose to see your or other peoples ads in that box by clicking on My JYO, My profile and then selecting the appropriate option from the drop down menu found the bottom of the page entitled show on the right side.

 

 

I don't see other peoples ads in the recent ads box.

How to find out someone’s reliability with trading items, services and experiences?

Clicking on the person’s name or picture (avatar) will take you to that persons profile page. Now you can simply choose the rating button and see what others think about that member and read their comments.

 

 

Member profile page is missing the rating page.

How and when can I rate someone?

1. when you reply to someone’s I need ad – that person can, after they close the ad, rate your performance depending on how well you finished what you applied to do.

2. When you reply to someone’s I have ad you rate that member when you receive notification in your messages inbox that the time limit for the ad ended and the advertiser is asking you to rate him. Clicking on that message (new message) will automatically open up the rating form which let’s you select a rating and enter comments.

3. After publishing your I have ad – when the ad expires you can select a member who will rate your performance. If you choose to close the ad before that by selecting the close ad option you can still select a member to rate you.

4. After publishing your I need ad – when the ad expires you rate the member who answered it. If you choose to close the ad before that by selecting the close ad option (found by clicking on My JYO/my ads, by the ads title) you can still rate the person who answered it.

How can I create my multimedia?

Click on My JYO and then select My Multimedia option. Enter the title and click on create new multimedia option.

 

 

How to publish a photo?

Click on browse, select the photo you want published and click on add photo button.

 

 

I can't upload videos. Why?

To publish a video file on justyellout you must first upload it to www.youtube.com and then copy the link to the appropriate spot.

What’s a multimedia tag?

If you tag your multimedia and enter a title that tag will be seen on the front-page so others can click on it and directly go to your multimedia.

 

 

Where can I find other members photos, videos and records?

Click on My Favorites and find the person whose profile and multimedia you what to check out. Click on person’s name and after opening their profile simply select the multimedia you what to see. You can choose a tag on the front-page to see who entered it but the quickest way to find someone’s profile is to enter their name in the search field.

 

 

How to delete my multimedia?

Click on My JYO, select My Multimedia option and then click on the delete button next to multimedia title.

 

 

How to edit my multimedia?

Click on My JYO, select My Multimedia option and then click on the edit button next to multimedia title.

How to change my name/city/date of birth?

You can change all of your personal information by going to My JYO/my profile.

 

 

How to publish my profile photo?

Click on My JYO and select My Profile option then choose the Gallery option from the horizontal menu. Now find the desired photo and click on add photo button. You can now find the photo in your Gallery. Clicking on the photo will make it the main photo for your profile (avatar).

 

 

How to change my mail profile photo?

Clicking on the wanted photo will automatically make it new main profile photo.

 

 

How to delete photos?

Click on My JYO/My Profile and select the photo Gallery option. There is an option box next to each photo. Selecting the box and clicking on save will delete the photo.

What are tags?

User tags can be found on the site front-page. If you want others to find your profile faster please choose a personal and individual tag. Clicking on that tag will direct members to your profile.

How to add someone to my favorites list?

Click on My JYO and select My Favorites option. Use the search function to find the desired person and then click on add when the application shows you the search results. That person is now stored in your favorites.

 

 

How to remove someone from my favorites?

You can click on the remove button found next to photos of your favorites.

 

 

 

Events

 

 

How to create Events?

Click on Main Square, choose the Events option and finally click on create event. Fill out the form and click on the send button to finish the process.

 

 

Can I edit Events?

You can by clicking on Main Square/Events and using the edit button found next to events title. Click edit, enter the new information and finish by clicking on save changes option.

 

 

Can I delete Events?

You can if you created that Event. Go to Main square/Events and use the delete button.

 

 

Who can I invite to my Event?

Click on Main square, choose the Events option and click on the invite people button. Now you can search for people to invite. When you see the search results simply click on the invite link next to chosen members. Invited members will receive your invitation in their inbox.

 

 

Can I recall my invitation?

Yes and no. You can remove someone from your invited people list but you can't recall your invitation message. If you still want to remove someone from your invited people list click on Main square, choose Events and invite people options and click on remove button next to that person’s name.

 

 

Who can see Event information?

During the Event creation you will see event visibility option which lets you choose if your newly created Event can be seen to all site members or only to your favorites. If you select to make your Event public it will be visible to everyone who enters the Main square.

 

 

How to search other peoples Events?

On the Main Square page you can find all update categories: Events, Groups, Let’s go! and Experiences. You can see other people’s Events by going to Main square and selecting Events or simply by using the search function.

 

 

 

Let’s go!

 

 

How to create a new Let’s go?

Click on Main square, choose the Let’s go! option and finally click on create Let’s go. Fill out the form and click on the send button to finish the process.

 

 

Can I edit Let’s go!?

You can by clicking on the edit button found next to Let’s go! title. Click edit, enter the new information and finish by clicking on the send button.

 

 

Can I delete Let’s go!?

You can if you created that Let’s go! ad. Go to Main square/Let’s go! and use the delete button.

 

 

Who can I invite to my Let’s go!?

Click on Main square, choose the Let’s go! option and click on the invite people button inside the chosen ad. Now you can search for people to invite. Can I recall my invitation?

Yes and no. You can remove someone from your invited people list but you can't recall your invitation message. Who can see Let’s go! information?

During the Let’s go! creation you will see the visibility option which lets you choose if your newly created Let’s go! can be seen to all site members or only to your favorites. If you select to make your Let’s go! public it will be visible to everyone who enters the Main Square.

 

 

How to search other peoples Let’s go!?

On the Main Square page you can find all update categories: Events, Groups, Let’s go! and Experiences. You can see other peoples Let’s go! by going to Main Square and selecting Let’s go! or simply by using the search function.

 

 

 

Groups

 

 

How to create a new Group?

Click on Main Square, choose the groups option and finally click on new group. Fill out the form and click on the send button to finish the process.

 

 

Can I edit Group information?

You can if you are the Group founder by clicking on My Square/Groups and selecting the edit button. If you are not the Group founder you can't edit the main information but you can write notes visible to other Group members.

 

 

Can the Group fonder leave without deleting the Group?

Yes, Group founder can choose to leave the Group anytime he wants.

 

 

How to write comments inside a Group?

To leave a comment inside a Group you must become a member of that Group. Only Group members can write comments.

 

 

How to join an existing Group?

Click on Main Square, choose the Group option and click on other groups link. Now choose the Group you like and click on the join button.

 

 

How to leave a group?

Click on Main Square, choose the Group option and click on My Groups link. Now choose the Group you want to leave and click on the leave group button.

 

 

Where is the Group members list?

Currently nowhere. We are working on it.

 

 

Who can delete a Group?

Group founder can delete his own group using the Main square button and then clicking on my groups. To finish the delete process click on delete inside every individual group window.

 

 

How can access Group information?

Group title and description is visible on the Main Square and Group page but Group details and member notes are available only to Group members.

 

 

How to search other members Groups?

On the Main Square page you can find all update categories: Events, Groups, Let’s go! and Experiences. You can see other peoples Groups by going to the Groups page or simply by using the search function.

 

 

 

Experiences

 

 

How to create experiences?

Click on Main Square, choose the Experiences option and then click on write your experience.
Fill out the form and click on the send button to finish the process.

 

 

Can I edit Experience content?

You can if you created the Experience clicking on Main square/Experiences and using the edit button. In that case click on the Main Square button, select the Experience link and click on edit. If you are not the Experience creator you can't edit its information.

 

 

Who can see the Experience content?

All justyellout.com users.

 

 

How to read other members Experiences?

Click on the Main Square link. Now you can see Experience updates among others. On the Main Square page you can find all update categories: Events, Groups, Let’s go! and Experiences. You can read other members Experiences by going to the Experiences page or by using the search function.

 

 

 

Options

 

 

I don't want to see other users Experiences (Groups, Events, Let’s go!), how to turn them off?

You can use the Options page to select the level of visibility for different categories on the Main Square page. Use the equalizers to regulate the number of ads from different categories shown on the Main Square page. To completely turn off updates from each of the available categories click on the yellow button.

 

 

How to change my language options?

Choose the webpage language using the drop down menu found in the upper right corner on every site page.
